I'm on intense probation, on my 2nd day i decided to leave at 10pm thinking they wouldn't come check on me. Turns out they did come at 12am. My PO came to talk to me the next day (2 days ago) but I'm not sure if they filed and arrest warrant for my violation. I don't know if they tell you I have an arrest warrant but today a police officer came knocking on my door and I didn't answer.......

If your PO talked to you and he didn't arrest you than it isn't very likely that you have a warrant out.

im almost positive that you have to miss 3 consecutive meeting with the probation officer for them to violate you.......i got a friend who goes like once a month and they always threaten to violate him but never do..........guess it also depends on the PO

Wrong. Sorry. Your PO can do almost anything they fucking want. I once passed a drug test, fucker was so sure I'd fail he made me take 2 more till I "failed" one. hmmm...

The PO's in the states sound like total pricks! in canada there not much more then social workers. do the PO's in the us have sidearms and what not?

you'll get a breach of probation charge.. the cop was most likely there to give you papers to tell you when you have court and whatnot...
