Default I gain/lose muscle mass extremely quickly.

I dunno if this is strange but I can be working out for 2 days and get pretty buff arms then just lose the muscle in about another 2 days of doing almost nothing. Is this weird or is it just my diet or something.

I might post a picture of my arm after lifting for just 1 day.

Are you losing strength, and aren't able to lift as much and thus have to use less weight?

Or are you saying your arms just look smaller? If it's the latter, that's just because when you workout your arms get the pump that makes them look bigger.

You're not gaining or losing any muscle, you're just getting increased bloodflow to the arms. Also known as "the pump".

This.

And why are you working your arms for 2 days in a row? You need to work your arms harder/properly, and give them a days rest.

I'm getting stronger, my bench went from 100 to 130 in about a week and a half (Please keep in mind that I was a weak fucker). And no I shouldn't have said I work on my arms two days in a row, arms one day legs then next I take a days break then do chest then back then take a break and repeat.

A lot of initial gains aren't actually gains, they're your body specifying to weight lifting. There's also the whole mind over matter thing but that's not really applicable for this haha. That's more when you get enough adrenaline pumping to lift a car.

As sketchy said, Your body's just becoming accustom to lifting. As such, you'll naturally find the easiest way to lift the bar, increasing your weight. They're not so much "Gains".
Hense why i asked when the last time you had lifted beforehand was.

Yeah some days I think I just have a butt load more energy and can do like an extra set or so.
