When they say "got sick" they actually mean took the most amazing walk through a field of GINORMOUS flowers.
I really doubt they were laced with LSD, because that would have to be done afterwards, and then a cop isn't going to let the brownie sit in his mouth long enough to really asorb anything, and we all know that LSD gets destroyed in the stomach.
