These are clearly the questions of our times.

Now, I used to watch movies a lot (used to manage a cinema), so maybe in my old age I've turned into a grump. An ogre. I just can't help that find people these days are just, well, annoying. Going into the theater, kicking chairs, having loud conversations etc. As if it's such a burden to whisper!? Perhaps I just irratate easily, I mean I'm not the biggest fan of people as a whole. I just think it's getting stupid. It;'s not your damn living room, SHUT UP.

Anyone else found this? It's like cinema etiquette has been lost forever.

Usually when i'm with friends and we go see a movie, we've got out feet propped up on chairs, we're laughing, eating.. Being loud. But everyone does it so it doesn't seem to be a problem. I remember when everyone's like "STFU IDIOTS" when you used to do it, but now it's accepted.

Moviegoers are getting worse, but as a group, you've just been left behind as the sour old cunt.

Some people go to see the movie.
Others go to impress their girlfriends with obnoxious flirting rituals so they can get some pussy.

It's annoying when people laugh at like every single joke in a movie. I mean, yeah, sometimes something's really funny and you can't help but burst out laughing, but these people laugh at every single one. There's usually at least one person like this in every packed theater. I don't even think it's that they're easily amused, I think some are actually forcing laughs. Which is a pretty weird thing to do while watching a movie.

You're not alone. The last movie I went to was Iron Man, and the crowd was so bad I swore I'd never see another movie in theaters.

As long as I've gone to movie theatres its been like this, I mean why even go if you're just going to be an obnoxious tit?

This is why drive-ins are king. Chill in your car, smoke, drink, get a blow job. Get to see two movies and tickets are almost half the price. Easier to ignore the dumb fucks. The over all theater experience is better, to me at least, but those selling points for drive-ins are too hard to ignore.

I wait for movies to come out on DVD or *coughs* I download them *cough cough*

Movie theatres are overpriced, an effort to get to, have annoying audiences and I'm sure many, many more other annoying traits.

What I hate is people rustling around in candy packets, getting up to go to the toilet, mobile phones, people coming in and out and being stuck at the end with the rush to get out.

The theaters aren't even worth it anymore anyways, even if everyone behaved perfectly. If I had some sort of crazy urge to see a movie right when it comes out (which never happens) I would still need to figure out if 20+ dollars + travel and time would be better spent on something else.
