I don't think you're gonna find any maui wowie off some random stranger there. I was in Hawaii before I didn't look for bud at all, but as all things are there I'm sure its ridiculously expensive. Unless you meet some really cool people I don't think you're gonna get a great deal. Asking random people for drugs is usually pretty stupid.

I actually don't even smoke weed. Not because I'm forced not to, but just because I don't like it.

I know actually asking random people would probably get me stuck up, but around where I live, there's certain places you can go to and just cop off someone on the street.

Idk I didn't go to Maui I went to the big island. I live in Nebraska so I really don't know shit about Hawaii or a party scene there. I doubt you will be able to find many drugs there because you don't know anyone. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't try though, cause you might end up getting lucky.

Looking for weed? Depends where you are staying, lurk the beaches in kihei, ask the surfers for weed and the local (read: brown skinned) surfers for weed and possibly meth. Normal rules apply, do not give anyone money and expect them to return with drugs. Do not make demands, you are on their turf and the wrong set of locals will beat the shit out of you and take your money, especially if its meth you are looking for as the tweakers are more prone to shady shit like that. Don't say "you know where i can get some ice/meth?" Meth is called Batu (bah-too) or Tutu (too-too), it sounds stupid but they will immediately know what you are talking about. As for weed, "buds" is universal among locals, ex: Ho cuz, you know where I can pick up buds?. Simply saying "you know where I can pick up?" is also a widely accepted way of saying you are looking for weed.

Beaches in lahaina are applicable as well but usually harbor more tourists than locals. If someone is surfing chances are they live on maui. Your best bet are young (18-28) generally brown skinned surfing males. If you are mobile, Paia town is a guaranteed place to score bud, your strategy here will be the opposite however. In paia look for the hippies, generally they are white, and dirty/poor looking, but very nice people. They always have weed or can get it easily and can sometimes hook up other uncommon things from ecstasy (sometimes fake), to lsd, to mushrooms (which grow wildly in the cow pastures following a rain). Meth can be found almost exclusively through the locals in the lower income parts of town and to a (possibly much) lesser extent the beaches. These are also the areas you do not want to be in alone and especially at night. If you are adventurous you can try shoulder tapping in places like Happy Valley in wailuku but it's probably safer to try the beaches during the day.

Use your head before you approach anyone, you are equally as likely to be turned down as you are to be hooked up. Prices are high on maui, 1 gram of weed is $20, eighth is $60 and quarters are $120. Meth prices can vary. You are not going to be able to haggle. Say the wrong shit and the locals will just take your money, beat the fuck out of you, and call you a fuckin haole. Start at around noon, if you don't score by the time the sun sets give up or you risk getting fucked with.

Actually I was in Maui two years ago and ended up just asking some dude with a "This Bud's For You!" Shirt with a marijuana leaf on it if he knew where I could get some. He said it would be 30$/gram and I almost said fuck you and turned him down, but I figured I really wanted bud to smoke that night on the beach. So, I tell him I want 2 grams and my phone didn't work there, so he told me to just meet him there at like 6. So I meet up with him and he gives me a ride to this alley, and he already has a bowl loaded in a bubbler and it was the best looking weed I've ever seen, frosty and really crisp looking, if you know what I mean. Really, it was only slightly better than the stuff I get now for 50$/eighth but back then it was like the holy grail since all I could get my hands on was some really shitty expensive pop. So I hit that piece a few times and I got ridiculously stoned and I could not stop laughing, but neither could he. He gave me a sack, which I was too high to inspect properly. When I got out onto the beach I saw that it was more like 2.5 grams, so I rolled two joints of it with bible paper from the hotel and jacked off to produce cum to seal them (I find it works best on nigger-rigged Bible jays) and went out on the beach and smoked them both laying on a towel with my cousin.
