Alright, I've snorted about a point of heroin (.1 grams) and I have some OTC sleeping pills to get to sleep. Now, I've done all my heroin but don't really plan on taking my sleeping pills until later. They're just OTC tylenol PMs, is there anything to worry about this combination that I should be aware of? I'd hate to fall asleep and never wake up :p.

Well, I doubt they will make you go to sleep as moderate to high dosses of opes cause insomnia. This is not to say that the diphen (which is what I am guessing is in them?) wont potentiate the nod but if you don't mind being cured of the itches and boosting you'r nod than go nuts, it will probably enhance the experience.

Yeah, you know what you're talking about. I can never sleep for fucking SHIT on heroin, my opiate tolerance is pretty damn high, but I haven't done them in a while. I can't even keep my eyes as I type this. But yeah, my tolerance is pretty high I can snort an OC 40 (which I did last week) and didn't even get high. And yes, it's diphen in the sleeping pills.

Diphen makes opiates a hell of a lot better, go for it.

true. however, be verrrrrry careful mixing the two. Dont do it with anything short of a HIGH tolerance. (Im talkin like you do a 40 or an 80 an arent even high.) If you have a low tolerance, you might puke and/or feel sick. You know your limits better than we do. I hope.

Diphenhydramine+Heroin=Cheese Heroin, And that killed a few kids in Dallas. You've got tolerance for heroin, haven't you?

They're both downers, and combining two downers could be dangerous. I'm not an expert on this, but you should be alright.

One suggestion: Go to a vitamin/nutrition shop and buy Melatonin. It's not a downer and should be perfectly safe to use with Heroin.

I see only positive things coming from combining diphenydramine and opiates.
