WE have these mushrooms growing around, my friends say they're psychoactive.

Could an experienced BLTC'er identify them please?

Your friend is an idiot.

No, they most likely are not. They don't bruise blue or even look like any psychoactive species i have ever seen.

in short, fail.

If you insist on not chucking them out just yet, do a spore test, and if it's bluey/black, chuck them out anyway, I very much doubt they are magic, if you eat them the best you can hope for is a bad case of the shits, the worst would be severe liver damage/death.

Shroomery would be a much better place to ask. If you give them the info they need they will be able to tell you exactly what they are.

I'm from Aus and they are most definitely not psychoactive. PM me if you ever need tips/help identifying.

I'm almost 100% sure theyre not not. www.shroomery.org = best site for this stuff. anyways, unless you have VAST experience mushroom hunting, I would advise against eating anything you or your friends find on the ground. As well as being dangerous, there are a few look-a-likes that will at best incapacitate u/make you puke, at worst kill you. just buy em. Or don't do em. personally, I'm not that fond of them anymore. acids a way cleaner trip anyway.

Wry no, they kannot. Intarwebz != mycology in person. 'noya, urass != our responsibility. Which means if we tell you to eat them, and you die, it's your own dumb problem.

Vague resemblance to p. subaltaeus. Don't eat them.
