I've taken 8 mg xanax and have been drinking, I have some ambienbcause it helps m em sleep but I wanna tke the ambien too is that safe? To take about only 10 mg of ambien on top of 8 mg of xanax?

I wouldn't risk it. Unless your benzo tolerance is really high, you could seriously fuck yourself up. My advice would be to not do it.
Xanax lasts like 4-8 hours so depending on how long ago you took it, it might be ok to take the ambien.

If you have had a lot of xanax and alcohol, I don't think you will have that much trouble going to sleep.

It's weird, because normally xanax's just knock me out cold, but I have been drinking on the biggest availaable of jaegermeister BUT it had reb bull with it (jaeger bombs) maybe the shit in the red bull is kinda hyping me up. I mean I'm fucked up but I donno if I'd pass right now if I went to la down.

i think 8mg of xanax + alc is enough to overpower that caffeine, but if you're really worried about going to sleep i don't think adding 10mg of ambien to the mix is going to kill you.

Me and a female member of totse did like 10mg xanax and 100mg ambien with in a few hours. We were safe, but couldn't remember shit and had the worst hang over ever.
