Energy drink alternatives
I like to drink Red Bull or Monster energy drinks while I'm working. But I don't like their stupidly high prices. Besides caffeine pills or coffee, is there some kind of cheap supplement I can buy that would give the same effects?

Re: Energy drink alternatives
Buy 'em in bulk. I get cases of 12x 16 oz Monsters for $15.
Why not caffeine pills? It's like $10 for a hundred of them.

Re: Energy drink alternatives
I think you should at least give 5 Hour Energy a try. Those little energy shot things.
I used to have to wake up at 5, and work at 6. Used to chug one down at about 5:30 and by the time I got to work I was pretty pumped and alert.
I guess they're just not anything special for some people, but they certainly did the trick for me. Plus they're low in caffeine. Frequent caffeine use is not good for ya.

Re: Energy drink alternatives
How about you stop using them and let your brain learn to function without that crappy stimulant.

Re: Energy drink alternatives
Try vitamin supplements. I hear B12 (one of the B vitamins) is supposed to be an energy booster. You Could drink coffee, you could take caffeine pills (bought online for cheap) Or you could change your diet. Eat fruits & vegetables more.
Since this is in BLTC, you could try illegal drugs.

Re: Energy drink alternatives
are you referring to the caffeine pills or energy drink? you can buy them pretty cheap online, or you can head down to target but i believe they come in packs of 4. and as for the caffeine pills, gas stations/walgreens/walmart has em.

Re: Energy drink alternatives
If you're not used to smoking then pick up the habit for a little while. The nicotine will give you a bit of a buzz if you don't smoke.
You're definitely not leaving much room here for cheap things if you don't want energy drinks or caffeine pills. Cause other than that I don't know what else unless you pick up a meth habit, coke...for me Percocet has me running around for a while. I don't know what it is about it but it gives me a slight burst of energy.
