To be perfectly honest, I think evolution even reinforces the existance of a God. I feel like God wouldn't make a universe, bound by laws, only to completely forgo what he had just created and magically spring Humans from dirt.

Plagues and Jewish exodus from Egypt are, in my opinion, examples of this. There was a special on the history channel about how the plagues did actually happen but they were all caused by natural events. Personally, I was not pressured by my parents to have anything to do with religion or spirituality. One is atheist, the other is closer to agnostic then anything. It was always a non-issue, it was never discussed. I got to figure it all out on my own as I got older.
