As far as I know, having food in your stomach makes pills take a bit longer to hit you, and they may not be quite as strong, though it will be dragged out over a longer period of time. Is this knowledge accurate? Also, how exactly does food in your stomach affect orally taking pills? Like, I assume there's more than one thing it affects... Are most of these positive or negative?

I'm just worried because I'm so used to snorting pills, so I've upped my dosages tonight and last night to make it hit me harder when taken orally... I usually snort 10-15 mg, but last night, I popped 25 mg... and like a few minutes ago, I just popped 30 mg, which is like 10-20 minutes after I ate a medium-small "meal" (just some chicken parmesan, didn't even make the spaghetti with it)...

Chyme generally takes between 1.5 to 4 hours to digest, stressors notwithstanding (extreme physical exertion, hypothalamus flux, etc.)

It's a fairly simple mathematics exercise - concentration and rate.

If the contents of your stomach are a 100mg pill that weighs 200mg - a 50% concentration - and your stomach magically absorbs 1mg of material per minute, you'll be absorbing 0.5mg per minute, or 30mg/hr.

If you eat a 999.9 gram meal and 100mg of pure compound, than you have 0.1g/kg concentration, or about a 0.01%, and if your stomach magically absorbs 1mg of material per minute, you'll be lucky to get a microgram out of it.

Of course, 1mg/minute is a completely made up number, different substances don't always absorb at the same rate, nor even in the same gastrointestinal organ, blah, blah. But the basic relation between concentration and rate, as simplified as it is, is still what you're dealing with.
