yah it burns like a bitch but it hits you so much faster and dont have to wait the fuckign hour and 30 minutes, no ideas on the bioavailability though??

I'm pretty sure you probably meant no tolerance to methadone, but WARNING: for someone with absolutely NO (Or very little) TOLERANCE to any opiates at all, the LD-50 (Lethal dose) of Methadone for an opiate naive person is 40mg! One fucking wafer can kill someone so please be very careful! Though as said, this is for only opiate naive individuals, and if you do have some tolerance/experience with using opiates, take no more than 20-30mg (More on the 20mg side) the first time; and if you can, wait at least 24 hours (8 hours minimum to be safe) before re-dosing to know where you and your body are most comfortable, because one of the other reasons people die from this shit is because of it's delayed onset of action/crossing the BBB (Blood-brain barrier), so one will take a dose, then an hour or two later (Much sooner than the peak of the drug) or sooner, take another dose because they didn't feel anything, then take more, and more, then before you know it, the shit hits 'em all at once and could very well be the last time. So please be careful!

i have way more then a tolerance 50mg barely gets me high i didnt ask how much i should eat i asked what the bioavialability is of snorted and oral anyone know?

I love methadones.. Dont get them very often sadly.. When I do them though, I snort them.. From my experience.. burns like fucking hell and you'll probably need a little water to take away the burning sensation.. But it kicks in fast, and last for a very long time.. Doseage? ah.. it doesnt take much..

If you had ABSOLUTELY NO opiate tolerance at all, and Methadone was the first opiate you ever tried; a dose of 40mg would absolutely be lethal. Do a search if you really want to know more. There have been many scientific research projects on this (Google LD-50 Methadone).

I have no opiate tolerance Im 5'6 120 lbs and I took 3 25 mg methadones and got fucked up for a week staight but the first day I puked 8 times but other than the puking its pretty great/

i had done methadone before, but it had been at least several months so i had no tolerance when I ate a whole 40mg wafer... i was really fucked up for like the next 16 hours but i never felt nauseous or sick... i only weigh 135 too.
