 Has anyone ever heard of IV 2C-T-2?
Because if not, I would hypothetically be the first person ever recorded doing it and wanted to enter my report for erowid, bluelight, etc.

No, I haven't heard of this personally, but it doesn't mean no one has ever TRIED it and not made it a public record.
If you DO decide to try this, please be careful, Please weigh you samples accurately and for fucks sake make sure what you have is pure and the real deal before you shoot ANYTHING!
