Monday at around noon a few friends and I dropped, one of them for the first time. I took 4 hit, most I've done, and proceeded to trip pretty well. We were all having a good time sitting around playing with bouncy balls and Super Smash Bros. We decided to go on a bike ride to the park. Once there I remember lights being very bright, I figured this was just because of my pupils being so dilated. All of a sudden everything was white and I could feel the acid very strongly, figured I was peaking and went to go sit down on a bench with my friends. The next thing I remember is being on a gurney with paramedics around. According to my friend I turned blue and all my muscles tensed up completely and he had to give me some sort of CPR after which I coughed up a bunch of shit. I'm pretty sure they didn't give me any kind of anti-psychotic but they did give me some sort of depressant. My discharge papers say that I had Tachycardia which can be caused by excessive stimulants but I had one cigarette that day and the acid. What the hell happened and what should I be concerned about? I went to my doctor yesterday and they took a blood test so hopefully I'll find out if my heart is about to give out or something but all the doctors told me was “it was probably made in someone's toilet!”

acid shouldnt taste like much of anything, maybe you might taste the ink if there is any but its not going to be strong... no one dies on LSD from a negative reaction, it just doesn't happen... DOx compounds on the other hand, bad things can happen... DOx compounds should have a very noticeable taste... or hell, maybe it was some other RC with a dose lower than 1-3mg...

None of of noticed any taste on the blotter, everything felt like acid but it could have been mixed with another rc i guess. I think i've had a DOX before, I'm not sure but this was much different. I was blue on the ground for a minute, though.

decent blotter actually has a distinct bitter taste even though the amount of actual LSD in it is very small

ive never really gotten much of a taste from blotter, it taste like paper to me... there might be a slight bit of bitterness, and some get a bit of a metallic taste but supposedly DOx is supposed to be much stronger of a taste...

in my experience and from my chemist, ussually the more bitter the stronger...and the pricier

Was probably the physical activity of riding the bike that caused your blood to pump too fast in combination with the acid. If you're not in good shape, riding a bike on something like acid is a bad idea. Sounds like your adrenaline got pumped up, which caused the white-out, and then everything just went overboard.

Sounds pretty normal... I don't think your heart is bad. Just do calm things next time you take acid...

yeah i was wondering why blotter tasted so bitter...
i've tasted some geltabs that were sweet but the bitter blotter was 5x stronger.

as for the OP, that some fucked up shit...
i guess maybe the hits you took were laced with a strong amount of strichnyne?

Both of these compounds and several analogs can be theoretically formed in a DOX or 2CX synth - the latter (2,5-DMA) is simply a byproduct of unreacted material upon 4-substitution (at whatever point it is done in the synth), and the former (BOHD) through halogen/phosphorous or halogen/sulfur contamination (hell, iodine is even a halogen which works as a b-halogenation catalyst, if they were going for DOI) of the corresponding phenylacetic acid...

In fact, an ungodly fuckload of cardiotoxic compounds exist, and almost all of them are phenethylamines. OTOH, this doesn't mean that this is what happened to you - while it's entirely possible that you got bunked on L with DOx cooked by a fucking moron, it's also entirely possible that you just had a panic attack while peaking.

it felt like what acid is supposed to feel like, but i think it likely was at least some of another RC that didn't agree with me when combined with the bike ride and being out in public around a lot of traffic. i felt fine while i was on it until i whited out. scares the shit out of me about doing psychedelics or any RCs such as mdma again as much as i like them.

Yea, and people pass out in similar ways from dancing on acid, or even a red bull. If it makes your heart beat faster, you're taking a chance by doing physical activity.
