I've got one pill left and I'm considering it. How far up should it go, should I break it in pieces or just put it up whole, will it sting or cause blisters/anything nasty of the sort? Should I take a shit first? Serious thread, please don't fuck around.

like way too much insoluble filler and the amount of water to dissolve the rolls i had just not worth it. i thought the filler not dissolving was the drug and then i ended up drinking the solution when i tried to plug and warm water went up my ass and all the pill powder kinda stayed near the plunger not in the water and didnt want to come out....and i followed the guide to every word

no, you lay on your side for about 30 minutes, your colon absorbs the water with the drug dissolved in it, you're fine as long as you dont stand up. the veins in your colon cant do any breaking down or digesting of the pill...it needs to be "prechewed" essentially and in a nice solution with all the work done. theres no acids or anything in there, all it can do is absorb stuff.
