Recently went into the hood to cop a dub and some guy comes into the car and says hes got the fattest bags and hes 24/7. Then he gives his number and says call it now. Then he bounces, but calls back from his phone a few moments later and says he forgot his other cell phone in the back of the car, come back around because he needs it for the numbers. The thing is, there was no phone there...

Basically my question is in this story what was the motive of this apparent hustler? He obviously knew what he was doing because he was talking a lot, and was definitely smart enough not to leave his valuables in a car...
