I bought a few Valium today for the current stresses I'm facing in my life (okay, for fun too). I know that if I chew it or put it under my tongue it will work just about instantly, but there has always been the argument of whether or not it is useless to snort them. Apparently, some people say it hits harder but goes away faster, and others say that it's a total waste because they aren't water soluble.

Well, surprise-surprise, I'm thinking of snorting one of them. But I wanted to check in with my old totse buddies just to see if it may or may not work. I know it's a dumb thread, and I'm sorry. Thanks a bunch <3

no thats RETARDED. you know they come in pill form for a reason. just cuz something can be crushed up and snorted doesnt mean it should be. just chew em up and wash em down with a beer or 2.

there is no point it taking them sublingually anyway because they take like 10-15 minutes to absorb orally. Seriously i feel it like 10 minutes after I take it.

Valium is prescribed for stress. If he has it really bad (it can often be emotionally crippling to yourself, those around you and your job), there's no real problem in self medicating. Valium is excellent for stress, but it just so happens the most effective medicines are the ones that are abusable, therefore the most difficult to get.

Then give it a try again maybe - I find things hit me much faster under the tongue and when they bypass the stomach, liver etc you're lucky if you're left with 50% of what you swallowed once it hits the GI tract.
