I've heard different things from different people. Some say taking it before your roll will decrease the effects, and others say that it will intensify it. Even erowid is a bit vague. I heard it was good for the comedown, but what were your experiences taking it before your roll? I'll most likely end up taking two rolls tonight, and bringing some extra 5htp for friends for the day after. Thanks!

The purple penguins I have i heard from friends are not as potent as the red diamonds i had last time. I took 100 mg 5-HTP this morning around 9am, so I'll leave the chemicals to duke it out in my brainbox, and let you guys know how it went (if anyone's interested). Well, it turns out the guy with the purple penguins fell through, and we had a friend find another source, but he REALLY came through. If anyone in cook county, il finds rolls that are smaller than most, red with white specks and three circles in a triangle SNATCH EM UP! I didn't believe the guy when he said they were pure molly but it's the closest thing I've had to pure EVER.
As for the 5HTP I do think it dampened my roll a little bit but not by much. My friend who rolls more often than I do was rolling longer, but we were rolling well and hard into the morning. I wouldn't take 5htp before rolling, but save it until after. Hope you all had a great friday, I know I did.

It takes ~2 days to have the proper effect, so drop them regularly starting 48 hours before rolling.

Well obviously the pill has binders to keep it together. I know quality varies from pill to pill even the same color/logo, but location can play a role. 1. It would be advisable to take 5-htp regularly, i.e. once a day a week before and after your trip. 5-htp will often also just make you a generally happier person, although different people get different strengths in effects.

2. I haven't taken pills in a very long time and used to sell pure crystal MDMA. I would advise anyone who can to get it rather than pills, its a purer feeling, and its nice to know exactly how much of what you're putting in your body.

it's called preloading..but u actually have to take it a few week/one week prior to up your serotinin level
