Re: frozen malt liquor
you degenerate alcoholic. wait for it to thaw then consume.
also, it'll probably be flat.

Bullshit. The freezing point of ethanol is around 40C.

You do mean negative 40, I hope. And the actual melting point of ethanol is based on it's concentration.

Re: frozen malt liquor
Well, I mean beer should freeze around 0 degrees, because of the alcohol to water concentration, i know pure alcohol has a really low freezing point.

Re: frozen malt liquor
You can eat dog shit for ruining my relaxing reading experience with scientific jargon. Yes your 40 has more alcohol in the unfrozen part. It doesent matter why, but because I said it is that makes it true.

Re: frozen malt liquor
−114.3 °C (-173 F) is the freezing point for ethanol, actually. That would be 159 Kelvin for all you science freaks.

Re: frozen malt liquor
It doesn't matter though, because alcohol will freeze at a different temperature depending on how much it's diluted by water, since this is beer, the freezing point would be much higher.

Re: frozen malt liquor
You boys better not let your daddy catch you putting his beer in the freezer or he'll whip you for sure.
