I have taken adderal many many times over the past couple years and loved it every time. I have always wanted to get a script to it, but have never been able to. Well finally I now have adderal (not a script, but I obtained hundreds).

I am planning on using this somewhat daily(when needed) at a dose of around 40-80mg. I have had trouble not binging on it in the past, but I would really like to try to use this to help me, rather than just recreationally.

I have heard DXM and magnesium helps lower tolerance (But how much and how often? What other supplements should I be taking to make sure I am doing this as safely and healthily as possible? Would L-Phenylalanine be a smart thing to pre/post load with? Or how about JP's whole DL-phen combo? Basically I am looking for any advice or information you may think I would find beneficial before I start taking adderal on a semi daily basis. Thanks.

Yeah 150 mg SR is what I take usually.

For me it makes IR last a lot longer and increases the "focus factor". Wouldn't say it feels more speedy or increases side effects, but I do seem to notice more appetite suppression with the Wellbutrin than without.

Smoother comedown also IMO.
