Having those summer flings, where you have that one chick you can talk to all night because theres nothing better to do and you have free minutes after 9. Then sleep during the day and go out at night when all the cool shit happens. Get shit faced at your friends house and hook up with the girl you rubbed one out over all year in your friends bedroom, all thanks to drunkballs. The times you spent getting high as fuck with your best friends and drinking 40s and smoking reds in the park in the morning feeling like you're the shit after a long night of blunts and halo. Getting free weed from your friends older brother that has that hot girlfriend you think is always giving you signals. The times where you were almost old enough to drive and thought shit will be so much more fun, but you still always found a way around to hit up all the parties. The times where you didnt need to worry about what you will do with your future, gas prices, and work. The times where you lived in the moment, the summer. The summer you longed for so bad when you were sitting in class dozing off just watching the clock hoping it would skip an hour, or three.

Its my last high school summer and thinking about it never being the same again fucking sucks. Is the college life any better?

I miss those days too. Summer is still pretty good times, don't get me wrong, but high school summers were ridiculous. Being young and stupid is awesome.

My friend, even though some retards are bound to come in the thread and flame you for some purported immaturity, that was a beautiful and accurate description of a nice high school summer.

As someone who shares your feelings though, just stop and think about college all those nights that are bound to happen in a full summer: the nights where you can't just get hammered until the morning then pass out because you have to make it home by curfew, or when you come home, eyes twitching from the Rohto's you just dropped in, praying that fatass blunt wasn't fat enough to keep you reaking.

It's a pretty interesting thing that for many people, college life could potentially be just unfettered living like this every day... but then I stop and ask myself, how am I going to stay on any course in my life if I'm just going as the night takes me? I don't know if I have the will power.
