So SWIM took some mushrooms like 3 weeks ago. and had a bad trip full of anxiety.. So SWIM recovered from that.. and then all of the sudden like 3 weeks later he has an anxiety atack... Could this be from the mushrooms (because he got really hot and started sweating prefusely before the anxiety set in...) Now hes been trapped in an anxiety attack for like 3 days.. any thoughts... as to what could be wrong..?

Have you tried looking for the source of the anxiety, realizing it isn't that important (if you can even find it at all), and letting that realization allow the anxiety to dissolve?

I suffered a shit load from anxiety blah blah, point is I know what it's about.

If you got anxious on mushrooms it may have been reasonable do to you thinking you were dieing or something. What you need to do is find out what caused your mushrooms anxiety attack and what caused your anxiety attack afterwards.

If they are the same and or similar, you probly escalated / uncovered a problem you had while using mushrooms and it's still unresolved. It's happened to me many times, that's what makes mushrooms sweet. You've gotta get over the issue though.

Yeah i kinda had a bad trip like a week ago.

We scored shrooms but i finished off all my weed the night before, so i had this constant thought of not being able to smoke on the comedown.
