Alright, what do you guys think about lying to a girl and telling her that I don't have any diseases (it's a huge possibility that I have hepatitis C). Should I even tell her? There's a girl I'm really likin etc, she thinks I'm completely clean; disease free. And this is probably not the case, on the other hand it's like what a 1 in 500 chance of spreading it through sexual activity, so is it worth telling?

I was stupid and drunk one night and, having never done heroin, decided HEY ILL BE FCKING STUPID AND SHARE THIS NEEDLE. He told me 'all I can guarntee is that I don't have aids or HIV, I've gotten tested for all that shit recently. It was a good friend, I hadn't seen him in years and didn't know how bad off he was at the time. He apparently had hepatitis C and I didn't even know he shot a lot of it, I thought he was new; he's just not the kind of person that would do that shit. But it's also worth noting that hepatitis C is not an STD. It's a blood disease, and spreading it through sexual contact as said is pretty rare, and you almost universally have to have HIV or another similar STD to make it easier for you to spread it. Basically, any kind of sore I guess on your genitalia that would allow the spreading of your blood. I have no cuts on my penis, I have never had a cut/sore anything on my penis and I just don't see how I could possibly spread it. I'm also aware that I have to wait 3 months to get tested to find out for sure.

Even if it's unlikely, there's still a chance your pecker will kill her. You should get tested obviously, but in the meantime she should know what she's getting into (or not getting into if she decides not to take the chance for you). Don't be a fool, wrap your tool etc etc etc.

It's a pretty straight forward situation. Do you need sex so badly that you're willing to potentially commit premeditated murder? Because you're pretty much forcing her into Russian roulette if you don't tell her, even if the revolver in question has 500 chambers.

Just stop to consider the ramifications of what you're proposing. If it turns out you're comfortable with the risks (potentially infecting and killing someone), there's really no stopping you though is there?

If you get tested and you are clean you can stop worrying and try to make better future decisions, if you do have an infection you can confirm it, get meds and educated about it and move on with your life. Hiding from the truth will just prolong your misery. It sucks but the sooner you deal with it the quicker you will be able to stop agonizing over the unknown.
