Wine Oxidation.
If you expose (white) wine to oxygen, how long will it take to have no (or little) alcoholic value? It's resealed now but has been in the open for two days. I plan to drink it in about a week. Will it still get me drunk?

Sometimes I wish we didn't have the internet so that people could learn this kind of thing the hard way.

Indeed.
Anyway, yes it will get you drunk, the alcohol content will be, for all intent and purposes, the same.
Depending on the wine though it may be spoiled and taste like absolute shit. Though I don't think this matters much in your case.

Anyway, just in case you still need to know, this guy is right.

It might start to have a weird apple or vinegary taste to it [depending on how much of the ethanol has turned to ethanal, and how much of the ethanal has turned to ethanoic acid].
Fun fact: It's ethanal which causes the hangover.

Re: Wine Oxidation.
How long does it usually take for it to go all vinegary (ethanol ->acetaldehyde -> vinegar)?

Re: Wine Oxidation.
As long as it doesn't taste like vinegar you'll still be able to get drunk.
