I've been seeing this girl for about 2 1/2 half weeks although we've known each other for 4 years and been friends (we've hooked up before (but that was a loong time ago), anyways so we've been kind of going out, the sex is great, (i spent the weekend at her place), however I just can't seem to connect with her on an emotional level more than friends, the thing is, it's not only her it seems to be with all my relationships, I just seem to not view any of these girls in my future for simple reasons as their goals and mine are not in sync etc.

On the other hand, it took me a solid 6 months of friendship to develop a real emotional attachment to my girl, so if you really like spending your time with her, just wait it out.

It means you are not going out with the right kind of girls..duh?
