Say if you walk into a Wal-mart or some shit with a fishing line, then you go to the electronics section and tie said fishing line to an iPod or whatever.

You then let out like 20 metres of fishing line and start walking with the reel concealed in your pocket/hoody.

Do you think people would notice the iPod slyly sliding across the ground and out the door? All I'm thinking is if they do see me when the detectors go off, I will already have a 20 metre head start. They could also possibly not notice the iPod altogether and think the alarm is going off because of someone leaving the store as the iPod is sliding out.

thats a acualy a pretty good unique idea. I don'y know it might work, theres too many variables. Reality has a way of making things not work.

I don't think there are too many variables. I honestly don't think anyone would notice, and if they did, as I said, you'd already have a massive head start.

Basically it's like shoplifting normally except the item isn't actually on you.

I got an idea from this. You know those sticky goo hands you can get from gumball machines? Carry one with you at all times and use it to swipe money when you have an opprotunity.

Acualy just load a cart with stuff and pull it out the door.

Wear the blanket before you go into the store.

Nobody will suspect anything.
