Normal people never have any kind of mental problems and are able to understand everything by themselves without any kind whatewer of problems.

Perverts usually are quite normal and are able to understand quite everything by themselves, but they do have some kind of pervertions that does not allow to be fully conscius about their natural needs.

Degenerats always are incapable to function in society as they do represent a constatnt threat to themselves and others, and usually represent constant threat to the society.
