Movies that show the mental breakdown of a person.
I just found these movies, such as fightclub, or the number 23. and they really interest me.
The movies that show how insanity slowly takes hold of a person.
Anyways, i was wondering if someone could lead me in the right direction as to what other movies i should consider like this, or just any like it.

The only one that comes to my mind is The Shining. Not the shitty remake either. You can't have the Shining without Jack Nicholson.

Manic.
Don Cheadle is great in it. You can find it on Youtube.

Girl, Interrupted.
Seriously, it was such a good movie.
Manic. Requiem for a Dream and Spun (if you mean drug insanity). The Aviator. Thirteen.

There is a remake?!
Also try The Machinist (It's not the best film in the world but it's pretty good at showing mental breakdowns and Christian Bale is great in it).
Vertigo for the ultimate journey through the mind of an obbsessive man.

In addition to all the previously mentioned, I would like to add One Hour Photo and There Will Be Blood.

American Psycho, although he was pretty nuts to begin with, still a good film.
