Tough break, nigga.
Incidentally how does one get probation in the US? It seems like every second person is on probation for something. In QLD Australia you generally just get ordered to go to some faggy 'drug education' program for a first time possession of weed. Which is better than going to court but still seems completely fucking stupid.
How is a simple possession charge treated in the US?

i wouldn't worry too bad.
my first probation meeting i didnt get drug tested, not until the 3rd time. when they did drug test me the first time it was only a NIDA-5 dipstick test, so it's not going to detect oxycodone.

I believe they dont test for oxy on the 5 panel piss test or the 7panel. May be wrong though. |

i don't believe the NIDA-5 test will catch oxy... need to check though.. i think the expanded test does though...
