i am going to a rave in a week and yesterday i started taking 5htp.

how should i do this?? just one pill a day until the rave and a few days after?? if this is wrong just let me know the right way to take the 5htp

also should i expect to significantly roll harder and have less of a crash??

5htp puts more serotonin AVAILABLE in your brain. it does not increase the amount that mdma will necessarily dump into the neurons.

take 100-200 mg 1-2 hours before you roll and take a couple hundred after you roll or wake up.

Last night I took 100 mg 3 hours before and 100 mg half an hour before and the only downside is the roll seemed to take a half hour longer to come on.
