Last night 4 of my friends and I went to house party, we knew everyone there from school and as close friends etc, then a group of pussies showed up (about 10) that nobody even knew. You know, the group of pieces of shit who think their gang hard and go around beating the shit out of a single person when there is a group of them. They seemed to be instigating a fight with one of my buddies, but we thought it was quickly settled when they saw me make a phone call to a friend who they knew was in a 'actual' gang. They said they were sorry and werent trying to start shit, fine whatever, fuck it, its not worth getting in a fight over a beer pong game I though to myself, I called him again and told him to not bother coming, it was settled.
Hour goes by and people are leaving, 2 of my friends walk out to their cars and those fuckwits waited outside and jumped them. 10 on fucking 2 WITH brass knuckles and bottles. Anyone who tried to split it up or help got their ass beat. I ran out of the house and got a fat bottle to the jaw and got knocked out. Apparently they were looking for me since I was calling my friends, so when people from the party heard "get him" they dragged me in the house and locked the door. Cops came and the pussies left. One of my 2 friends got released form the hospital this morning with a concussion and 2 contusions, he was damn lucky that the knuckles hit less than an inch from his temple. These guys were fucking idiots, they left the brass knuckles, one asshole dropped his wallet, and one other kid left his shirt (who was in several pictures from the party with it on).

They made a big fucking mistake because that kids dad is deep into the casinos here in vegas. He made a call to our major that same night and was at the house the next morning. I was there to check up on my buddy and walked into his house to see my friends dad, the major, and the deputy of our police force. They had a year book from the school those pricks went to and I pointed them out, that apparently wasn't good enough, since I was hit with a bottle, I wasn't in condition to 100% identify the attackers. Which is a load of bullshit. We have several witness reports from people that were at the party but they weren't good enough either because not all of them passed a sobriety test, and if these guys havnt ever been arrested before they will most likely not suffer serious consequences.

Who jumps 10 on 2 with deadly weapons? My friends were no threat, and those pricks have a chance to even win in court. There is so much crime going on in vegas that the court will simple offer pleads to the attackers (which would be 2-5years on probation) because its too fucking cheap to higher more attorneys for the state. Fuck our system, 2 people get nearly beat to death and it seems as if the law is siding with the attackers. So much runs in their favor, its really fucking hard to keep a case going if you are the victim because you can easily let everything slip away with a single blink. Your whole case needs to be planned out to a ridiculous extreme, and if its not, the opposition gets off scotch free. Luckily my friends dad has some serious connections. These guys, their parents, and their futures are going to suffer for a long time. 8 of the 10 had scholarships to colleges for Lacrosse and Football, I got a call earlier and all the colleges dropped them.
If the father wasn't affiliated with these kind of people this would've just been another person getting nearly killed with no repercussions. They are planning on making this thing huge, it will be in the media as a "lets get the gangs off the street" kind of thing. Hopefully it will have some sort of effect..

Find them, make them "disappear", justice served.

Which is why you and your friends ought to get a lawyer together and press charges as opposed to relying on the DA to bail you out. But I agree, the justice department doesn't work every time as advertised. You could always wait a while, get a few friends and slowly jump these 10. One by One, beat the shit out of them wearing ski masks, all black, and gloves. Leave nothing behind but his wounded ass and make sure nobody hears screams, you should probably take his ass out to the desert, do the work, and throw him out of your car in the street somewhere, make sure you rent a car and he doesn't see the license plate.

Individually kidnap each one of these guys. Make sure you wear ski masks and gloves. Bring them each to a secluded location at least a mile away from any road. When you get there break their kneecaps and let them crawl home.

Might want to make sure you have an alibi.

The justice system has always lacked when it comes to arresting violent criminals, its better for arresting the ones who aren't violent.

All Legal systems do a less than stellar job.
