 Amphetamines and then Alcohol?
I took 5 20mg Adderall XR about 7:00pm yesterday, it is 5:12 EST here. If I was to drink now what would become of me? Any
negative reactions?

You're good. Make sure to hydrate though, that's some solid dehydration.
Just so you know, lots of people do amps and then drink at the same time. Definitely more dangerous though.

Yeah, you'll be fine. If you're still high, you're probably going to have to drink quite a bit to feel it. If you're coming down, you'll probably get drunk really fast (that goes for me anyway, if im coming off meth i can drink one beer and be fucked, but if im still tweaked i can drink and drink and drink and drink and...).
And like someone else said, KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED. Have a lot of water, and maybe a little gatorade (its got what your body craves, its got electrolytes).
Also, I just got a little bit of meth 20 minutes ago. So for those of you who keep bugging me to do some more meth, my comeback special will begin anywhere from 5 minutes from now to Sunday night, depending on my willpower and boredom. :)
