So the first of next month im being hooked up to a 24 hour ambulatory EEG. I go to the hospital, get a bunch of wires attached to my scalp and go home. go back the next day. This is to check if i am having petit mal seizures. As i smoke pot regularly i am wondering if this is going to fuck with things a bit as far as electrical signals go. I'm kind of tempted to get high while this thing is attached to my head because i am high alot of the time and if im having seizures while high that would be something i would want to know...

I can't say anything with so called scientific credibility, but when I was having seizures the only thing that would help was weed. completely cured it.

i have never had a seizure where i convulsed, i was diagnosed with petit mal seizures when i was like 4. just staring off blankly for like 10 seconds, then snapping right back to reality.... no shaking or anything like that.... but i get twitchy when im high...

nah my neurologist would probably just put me back onto zarontin which is what they originally had me medicated on... and it worked well for about 8 years when they retested me and couldn't induce a seizure after taking me off of it...

but if it turns out i dont have seizures, she will probably just diagnose me with ADD, and i will hopefully get amphetamines...

this is all from a car wreck i had months ago, i zoned out in the middle of driving and turned into someone going about 50 miles an hour... totaling 2 cars... so with my previous history, they thought it might be my seizures coming back, and if they haven't then my attention span just sucks..
