I'm afraid you haven't properly diagnosed the motives of feminism. The motive is far more sinister than trying to change male behavior.

What feminism has wanted to do is make men ashamed of their natural urges. Men are going to have sexual fantasies, no matter what feminism says about them. So what they are trying to do is make men ashamed that they have these fantasies, and thus make men ashamed of themselves. This can also be seen in what could be loosely called the 3 main religions on this planet. Christianity and Islam both teach that in the vast majority of cases sexual desire is a sin, and we should be ashamed for sexual desire. Eastern religion, and philosophy heavily influenced by eastern religion, tends to be of the opinion that material and worldly desires are the path to suffering, and this would include sexual desire. So once again, sex is seen as essentially a negative experience. Feminism is secular sexual shame for the postindustrial society.

If the girls older than the boy then usually there will be no grounds for rape, if it's the same age it's usually unlikely, if the girls yougner then you're pretty much fucked if the mother decides to press charges, of course that all goes out the window at 16...
