Default Pregnancy

How many months along are women usually when they start to 'show'? If a woman is 2 months pregnant, would she be showing? I was under the impression that you didn't start showing until you were at least 4-5 months pregnant.

There's this new girl at my work who claims to be 2 months pregnant, but she seems to be much further along... I think she lied to our boss about how far along she was in order to get the job. That itself wouldn't bother me, but what pisses me off is the fact that we have to do everything for her because she claims that she can't do anything even remotely strenuous because she's pregnant. She even has trouble getting on and off the carriage, so I don't know how long she's going to last before she quits...

I don't have a picture of her, but I'd say that this one is pretty close to her size:

If you had to guess, how far along would you say that she is?

I hated working with this one pregnant girl at work (back when I worked at McDonalds). She claimed anything more than dropped buns in the toaster was "too much stress" for her and her baby. This lasted from the day she found she was pregnant until she left for maternity leave. She really didn't start showing until about 3-4 months.

In later pregnancy lifting should be avoided firstly because there is a large lump in the way which makes it difficult and secondly to avoid premature stimulation of the birth."

Her doctor might have advised that she not lift anything over 5-7 pounds during this time. It's good to be careful, so don't judge so harshly.

If you have concerns maybe you should address them with management. They're the ones who decided to hire her.

Pregnunt!!1

How stupid are we as human beings? multiplying like crazy, yet marooned here on this planet, whats going to happen when theres no more room? move to different planets? that technology is hundreds if not thousands of years away. Let alone finding one suitable would be hard enough and would take long enough. Anyway i guess people are just living for now as there is no hope for the future long after this generation of retards is long gone.

So as the young 14year old slut once said; "give me a babbah!, dun't jooz a jonneh a wunt a kid so spunk up meh! so ah kan clerm benefitz und liv in me counsill house rest ov meh lyf!!"

She's working with 1400+ pound horses every day, so I really doubt that safety is her number 1 concern. She won't even do the small shit that she should be able to do because we're desperate for people right now so my boss said that anything that she can't (or claims that she can't) do, we have to do for her. It's fucking bullshit.

Because drunk people are fucking obnoxious as shit. The only good thing about drunks is that they take longer rides and usually tip well. Unless it's really slow, we won't take drunk people because we don't feel like putting up with them and we don't feel like cleaning vomit up off of the carriage after they get off.

I have no idea why they called the cops on you, though, unless you were harassing them. Was it in San Antonio?

Are you bitter because no-one wants to impregnate you?

There is no way to tell how far on someone is by looking at them. Some people hide a pregnancy the whole way through.

...and it's not her fault your boss told you to do what she can't do. Stop fucking whining.

No, but it is her fault for sitting on her ass while everyone else has to run around trying to get her shit ready for her because she told him that she can't do anything that requires any effort on her part.

A friend of mine is pregnant, at 3 months she was showing - she hated the fact that she was showing, but not enough to be obvious she was pregnant and that people could mistake her for just being 'fat'. She's now over 6 months and has a definite baby belly that's much bigger then that picture. It will totally depend on her size.

Some people have eeny baby bumps and some have bigger ones than the average - and it's all normal. The pic you showed looked about 4 months, but there's no way of knowing. Might be twins!

Also, some people need seriously delicate handling in their pregnancy because they have other health concerns that might make the mothers' body more fragile. Give her the benefit of the doubt here - her doctor may have told her to take it super easy - and hope that if you were advised to take it easy that other people would respect that and help you out.

You really are a mean, negative person. I swear you're even more judgemental than my MOTHER...Who thrives on judging other people. I like to think she got that way later in life, but YOU are still just a kid. Imagine what a bitch you'll be 20-30-40 years from now.

As for the pregnant girl, I started showing very early. I'm really small, though and I was even smaller back then. I am only 5'1" and about 115Lbs back when I was 19 and newly pregnant with my daughter. My friend on the other hand is 5'11" and I couldn't tell that she was pregnant until she was like 7 months along.

yeah it was in san antonio, we we're fuckin hammered, and it was probably because after they said no, we started talkin shit about how we could ride better drunk and blind than they can sober...but we weren't really being loud we didn't wanna spook the horses...oh well...maybe next time...i'm going to specifically ask for you next time i'm in SA, and i'll make sure to give you a big fuckin tip too

I understand that she needs to take it easy, but if she can handle tacking up a 1600 pound horse by herself (and the horse that she's driving has the heaviest tack out of all of them), there's no reason she can't empty his diaper bag too. But she claims that she can't do it because it's too heavy, even though the horse's tack weighs a lot more than the diaper bag does.

Plus, she knew coming into this job that it requires lots of physical effort (she did it for 5 years, quit for a few years, then came back). If she wanted a job that didn't require physical effort, she should have gotten a different one. There's nothing easy about working with and taking care of horses.

edit: Also, the retarded bitch fried my fucking inverter last night and probably fucked up $100 worth of my lights in the process.
Her: "Hey, how come the lights on your carriage don't work?"
Me: "Do you have the inverter plugged in?"
Her: "Yea, but they still won't come on."
:I start walking towards her:
Her: "Red is negative and black is positive, right?"
Me:

I thought you said that everyone had to do these things for her. Make up your mind, either she does do some of the work, or she doesn't. The more I read this thread it becomes less about her being pregnant, and more about you.

It sounds like her boss needs a driver more than anything else. That's where the money is made. Since he/she needs a driver the others do need to step up to the plate for the sake of helping keep the money making side of the business going.

It is a sound financial decision on his/her part, although it might come at some level of risk. The labor distribution might not be fair, but a businessman makes decisions based on need of income and what is best for the organization.

Welcome to world of business?

it depends on the woman and also whether it's her first pregnancy or not. if she's had kids, she's already kind of stretched out (lol) so will show sooner.

that pic looks to me about 4/5 months.

she might just be ok with showing her gut now and passing it off as an unborn child.

She does the fun stuff, like grooming and tacking up the horse; then leaves all of the shitty stuff, like cleaning up the horse's shit, to us.

On her second day of work, she was already complaining about the schedule because she wanted to work Friday instead of Saturday because she thought she would make more money on Friday. Then she took what was supposed to be her third day off because she didn't think she was going to make enough money to make it worth her while to show up. Who the fuck does that on their third fucking day at a job? She should be grateful that she could even find a job, being pregnant and all, but instead, she's complaining about what days she has to work.

She started driving the horse that I used to drive, which I don't have a problem with, but then she started complaining about the days that he works and about me taking 'her' horse out on the days that she doesn't work. She got mad at me because she drove him, then he had a day off, then I drove him for 2 days. She thinks that that's not fair because 'you're always taking him out! What happened to his day off?' She hasn't even been here for a whole week and she's already trying to change the horses' work and feeding schedules, not to mention her own fucking schedule, which she's always complaining about, she complains about how dirty everything is (ummm, duh! It's a fucking barn, not the goddamn four seasons! Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)), yet never lifts a finger to clean. She even had the nerve to complain to me about not having lights the night that she broke my inverter.

edit: I just realized that this has turned into more of a B&M than a legitimate thread. Mods, feel free to close it if you wish.

Girl, what you don't know is that the baby's father is your boss and when the Round Tummied Princess gets back off maternity and is screwed to the desk again then she's gonna be put in charge.
