And I have to say it was amazing and everything I thought it would be. I started tripping while chilling at a hookah bar with some friends watching the owner's Amsterdam video he made while there. Everything was moving and warping around and I was almost connected with the sick ass music the guy edited his video with. Around midnight we left and I drove home..I never had such a pleasant drive in my life with the windows and sunroof down blasting reggae. Anyway I got back and longboarded to a public dock on a river not far from my house where I sparked up a blunt I rolled. After I was high the effects were mindblowingly powerful and I was struck down in absolute AW (i had no other way to convey in words) of our planet and the ecosystems we are part of and live with. I'm not a religious person at all and yet I was dumbfounded as to how it got like this and realized there had to be a "god" or entity "supporting" all of it, but not like a mainstream god like religions would like you to think but instead a vidal lifeforce all around me that keeps me alive and supports me, ie. water, air, grass, my own bed, anything tangible or that I could discern with any one of my senses.

Anyway long story short: big storm clouds were brewing all around me with lightning inside of them lighting them up in the night (very cool) when I decided to head back. I can't even begin to describe everything I felt after that but I will say now I've re-thought drug use and now only stick to beer and baked THC goodies like weed brownies and cookies every so often. I won't even smoke anything anymore....that night I "felt" my lungs scream out at me for abusing them and I, what seemed like, tasted the tar in my lungs breathing out and it made me want to yak in disgust and disappointment.

The night was the most profound enlightening experience in my life thus far and I recommend anyone who hasn't tried acid to drop 2 good hits ONLY ONCE in their life. I'd love to do it again but I've had my fun and now obstain of all drugs except beer, weed and coffee. It made me rethink everything and let me tell you, it's a real eye-opening experience to "catch up to" and unvail that little voice in your head that is you. It really helps you find yourself.

Then I had daggy looking clouds all to my north just spitting lightning from cloud to cloud and cloud to ground extremely frequently. I looked on the radar later and both clouds actually collided and converged together right over where I was. Right before I left I was feeling freezing cold downdrafts and the smell of rain.

At least once was what I was looking for, sorry big acid fan here ;). Thunder storms are some of the most amazing things ever on acid. I watched a lightning storm in the clouds while tripping for about an hour last sunday before the rain started pouring down, definitely a cool experience. The trees are fun to watch swaying and waving back and forth too.

The glowing cloud to the south looked a lot like this one.

i have been in almost the exact same situation, not 25 hits, but I was only 15 and i ended up eating 3 which turned out to be 6, and it was fantastic acid, needless to say my childish ass was tripping the balls, what the shit called, synestisia or however you spell it, when you taste colors and see music and all that.
