Just stick the damn patch on. Around here, they no longer give the ones out with gel in them, but rather, a smaller one that contains no gel, just has the fentanyl on the patch. I've only had a patch on once, and it was already half used (My girlfriend is prescribed them) and I felt a little buzz from it.

Also, it's rather easy to OD on, so I've heard, so be careful.

I always sucked th gel out. Depends on the dose, I was getting like 100 mg patches (I think 100 ug per hour for 3 days somethin like that). Just eat a little, or smoke it. NEver tried smoking it.

The fentanyl patch I have don't have a visible drug/gel on it. Just chew the patch.

Don't take advice from message boards, you'll become another statistic. Do some research on it. But I'll help you anyway. I've been on the 50ug/hr patches for over a year now, and when I first started on them, if I wanted instant relief, I ate 1/4 of the 50ug/hr patches, and it works great. I tried a 1/3 once, and it got intense. Don't waste it by eating it, to get the most out of it, just put it on, like you've already been told. Do your fucking research next time troll.
