 2c-E : shelf life & innovative oral administration
well a good friend of mine has an idea. He was thinking about getting some 2c-E , and dissolving it into Bacardi 151 (there is no ever clear available locally around here I don't think???)
After this he's going to take a syringe and dose out the 2c-E from the Bacardi into gummy bears via the syringe. In theory - could one eat the gummy bear and trip out?
if so, whats a good estimated shelf life for such an idea? I'm guessing around 1-2 weeks , but i don't know.

Sounds stupid, I know I wouldn't want to eat a 151 rum/2C-E filled gummy bear. Capsule up 15 mgs per dose and sell em like that.

hes trying to avoid capsuling it, this takes a lot of time , effort and a nice scale.
it's easier for him to dissolve the stuff into 151 and have more precise dosages using a syringe.
He was really thinking on a broader level with the candy thing, like it could be any non suspicious food/candy. He thought it would be better to hold onto 50 gummy bears instead of 50 vials of a mysterious liquid.
at the least he will get viles/capsules but figured he'd give this a shot.

I got to try this compound myself the other night, 10mg snorted, waited an hour and got nothing, then snorted another 5mg, and it finally kicked in. I think shulgin was right about what he said about it, being difficult, yet worthwhile. SOMETHHING is there, SOMETHING, but I can't put my finger on it.
Next time, I will do at least 30mg+ at once.
And everyone who says that shit burns when you snort it is a pussy, or my nose is dead or something. Then again, I've put ungodly amounts of powder up my nose, and tend to use only one side, so.................
Hehe, not to mention the NaOH I accidentally snorted years ago. I think that might play a role in it. Remember kids, keep track of which layer is which, and just because you get a precip, doesn't mean it's dope! I thought I was gonna die.

30mgs of 2C-E would be a hell of a trip. Be expecting quite a body load from that much. I feel 20mgs is plenty strong for me, sometimes I up it between 22 and 24mgs but have never dared to go any further. It suprises me that 10mgs snorted didn't do anything I've snorted 5mgs and got small visuals, and it burnt like hell.

The alcohol would dissolve the gummy bear, not only that but you'd need a dessicant thing to keep the gummy bears from turning into a giant blob.
Try malteasers or some shit.

dude, gummy bears? come on.
that would taste like shit anyways, and wouldn't even work. pretty sure it'd be damn hard to fit all that inside a gummy bear. and not even worth the time.
just buy empty herbal caps, like others have said.,
when i dose RCs or any powder, i fill up my mouth with juice/soda or something, and pour it in, and swallow. makes it really easy and i barely taste it.

Dissolving it in alcohol instead of using a scale sounds like a good idea. But like already mention I wouldn't use gummy bears. Just test whatever medium your going to use in alcohol to make sure it won't get dissolved.

Damn straight. Snorting is def the way to go. The burn is definitely noticable, but it ain't that bad. I've actually used a tiny dose of Benzocaine(thx hack) in a nasal syringe and numbed my nose prior, and I didn't feel anything. But yeah, jus snort and get higher faster. |

yeah, last time i did 2C-I i took about ~14mg orally, and snorted some bumps throughout the night (i still have a .01 scale, my .001 is on the way from china)
i should have done it all at once though, but i was definitely tripping face.
i just think the bumps throughout the night were more of a waste, shoulda done them right at the beginning. oh well, you live and you learn.
but the burn wasn't bad at all. haven't ever snorted 2c-e though, yet;)
