Poofy Hair
My hair is about 5 inches long and is very poofy. It isn't curly really, but is quite wavy. It's thick and seems to feel pretty dry. It looks like I have messy helmet on my head. I'd like it to fall flat, and a bit straighter. Is there a shampoo and or conditioner that would help this? Maybe I should try some hair gel or something? Preferably not.

Re: Poofy Hair
Get it cut, not necessarily length-wise, but just thinned out.

Re: Poofy Hair
Ha, i've got the same problem, 6 inches of poofy hair, nothing to do about it..
If the TC doesn't mind i'l like to ask (and post pics) wondering what i should do with it, so i don't look like a total retard.

Re: Poofy Hair
Invest in a hair straightener. That or wear a beanie when you sleep to help flatten it a bit.

Re: Poofy Hair
Why don't you just get it thinned out?
Are you scared of going to the barbers or something?

Re: Poofy Hair
Anti frizz shampoo will help, but only a small amount, as said by others in this thread get a hairstraightener if you want to get your hair died or chemically straightened if you never plan on having stuff done to it.
