I have a bar fridge in my room with a mini freezer. I was just wondering if the following drugs were safe to store in minus degree temperatures (I'm assuming yes, but I know the heat damages some, so I'm just asking because I'd lose a LOT of money if I was wrong).

The MDMA and mushrooms should be fine. I don't reccomend keeping acid in the freezer. I've had water condense on my sugar cubes before and make them almost completely inactive.

As long as they are stored in airtight bags and/or jars or something I think they would be fine, although you might have some issues with the acid from condensation when its taken out of freezer, better off just keeping it wrapped up in tinfoil in a fairly cool area.

If you really do have a lot of money invested in this tho I'd suggest takin some time do some researching for yourself to be absolutely sure.

The acid is VERY tightly wrapped in 2 layers of foil, then inside two separate ziplock bags. That'd be alright yeah?

No, it won't be OK. Well, it might, but it might not. Mine was individually wrapped in foil in a Ziplock bag inside of a Tupperware container. Put acid in the fridge, not the freezer.

If it's paper, I suggest taking it as-is (in the foil and Ziplock) and put it in a film canister. Put the canister in a drawer in your fridge.

Not to hijack this thread, but is weed ok in the freezer? My friend says it'll break down and lose potency, but I disagree. I don't see how cold temperatures could speed up chemical decomposition...

Weed will probably be OK in the freezer, but there's no reason to keep it there. You should package it up in Mason jars and put it in a cool, dark closet or something. Most pot isn't cured right, and this will help it cure and keep it from molding.

Yea i don't suggest putting weed in a freezer as one of my friends did that to a good amount of chronic and it all got freezer burned and definately lost some potency and didn't look that great. Was still able to get rid of it, just had to sell for cheap :\

If you put the weed in the freezer it can make the tiny thrichromes brittle and snap off. Kinda the reason why you freeze or chill the weed and use ice when making bubble hash. Im not sure if this would effect the smoke much but really... Is there really any point in keeping your weed in the freezer anyway?

in college my roommate and i would keep all weed and weed smoking devices in the mini fridge. nothing like an ice cold bubbler rip, plus it was a good spot that is completely smell proof.

Are you talking about the OP? Cause mine was a first-hand experience. I lost about 20 hits like that. I can say with complete confidence that if you store LSD in the freezer, as opposed to the fridge, there's a good chance that when you pull it out, it will have condensation on it, ruining the acid.

I also know first-hand that dried mushrooms are fine in the freezer.

if you vaccum seal bags of pot, you can easily store in the freezer for a year or so..

acid would best be kept in the fridge in my opinion.

Psilocybin mushrooms.... yeah, but only if they’re dried first. If they’re fresh the water in them expand when frozen and it will break the mushroom flesh and expose the Psilocybin, and then it will break down... so if you want to freeze them, make sure they’re crispy dry before you do. There’s nothing wrong with room temperature away from light or heat, it'll be fine.
