So my friend and I have two of those 72 hour patches, Wondering what would be the best way to get "high" from it. Should I just slap it on? I was reading that the newer patches do not contain the individual resivour with the drug but rather interlaced throughout the patch so It cannot be smoked/eaten.

I will have a better look at them tommorow but If it does contain the individual resivour, how much would i need to smoke/eat? I'm not wanting to O.d. So any real advice or experience with the drug would be appreciated.

Oh yeah I do have a slight opiate tolerance and am wondering if just slapping it on , would I even feel it? would I actually be high for 72 hours?

Ight I am pretty experienced here as this has been my DOC for 4 years...

First what the hell dosage are you getting? Its MCGS not MGS so take note of that

3. IF you have no or little tolerance I would wear the patch and yes you will feel it...

4. If you have the gel ones..take a little pea size amount of it on your pinky and put it in your cheek and let it just soak in...may take a little while to kick in BUT IT WILL

5... I suggest you watch if its the mylans cause they have a high fent concentration it says so on the leaflet thingy...
Take the backing off the mylan and just lay the thing flat on your tongue or in between your cheek.. CHECK WHICH DOSAGE YOU R GETTING...cut in half or quarters for this...

PLZ BE CAREFUL before I started banging fent...I OD'ed a few times...DO NOT MIX WITH VICODIN as I did...not knowing and almost died...

Had an amazing few days with fent.

I got a patch with the goo in it.

heres what you do, poke a tiny hole in the corner with a needle, and squeeze all the goo to the opposite end and fold over and paper clip it folded over so you dont loose any..

When you want to use use a toothpick, or a knife, just something to squeeze a blob out onto and then smear it on tin foil.. Just a little dabble right in the middle of a square piece of foil..

Take a straw and hold it over it, but not to close as it will melt. Now hold a flame under the foil where the glob is and start sucking right when you light the lighter, breath in until it has stopped bubbleing / popping and then hold and exhale..

You shouldnt see any smoke, but wait about 5 minutes before you do it again, because sometimes it will creep up on you..

When i say a small glob, usually about the size of a pot seed, but dont use what would seem to be alot, and eventually u can narrow down the perfect size..

Do what manslaughterr said. Fent is dangerous as fuck to the common druggie who happens to run across a patch or two, especially considering that they usually wind up trying to eat it. IMO, smoking fent (properly, as he said above me) has the same benefits as smoking potent heroin inasmuch that is allows you a much greater means of dosage control.

Shit, you make it sound so complicated. I used to get these 50u patches from a friend and I would simply squeeze the gel onto the back of my hand and then just snorted the stuff.

i have a fairly big tolerance,wore a 75 for a day and then chewed it the 2nd, i was so fucked up i could hardley drive myself home, and then when i got there i fell asleep for atleast 2 hours but i snorted a 40mg oxy b4 this

As stated above, you could wear it, or smoke it, or eat it. If you do either of the last two, the most important thing to remember is to give it three times as much time to kick in as you think it will take. Believe me man, you would much rather waste an amount of fentanyl that isn't enough to give you a buzz than go blue in front of your friends.

If you decide to smoke it, a tiny bit means a TINY bit. Pinhead size.

I've only done it a few times recreationally, and it always floored me, but I don't find it much less euphoric than most opiates. However, when I dislocate my shoulder (again), and they shot me up with fent and liquid diaz, it was one of the best moments in my life, right behind the first time I got my dick wet and the first time I ate shrooms.

hahah true that man.. Fent was good, But I didnt find it as euphoric as I have with other opiates, and the only opiates Ive ever done are Hydros and heroin ( 3 times ) .


Just smoke some weed after you smoke the fent, gets you some euphoria , and if you have a low tolerance it will help keep away the nausea
