I have a small, measured dropper bottle of opium tincture. What I know is it is used mainly to treat diarrhea, but also pain. However, I've looked everywhere and I really can't decipher what a good recreational dose would be of this stuff, especially with the nasty side-effects associated with this stuff.

Sorry for newbishness, but does anyone have any experience with this stuff or am I wasting my time.

Opium Tincture is a generic term, do you have a brand name by any chance? Is this a RX script made out by a pharmacist or some old tincture product such as "Paragoric Tincture" (a old OTC opium tincture syrup thats no longer made, and with no other OTC products like it around anymore without a RX, at least here in the US.)

But yeah, with what you told us no one can give you a str8 answer, short one though is the tinctures are usually very weak so if you could do any sort of a extraction with ease than it would be worth doing....

Well looking at the label I can't tell much except that it is indeed an rx. And the only real defining data on the label is "Opium 10% TIN RANB"

Two drops in liquid is the prescribed dosage.

Otherwise there's nothing else; I'll be looking around elsewhere but if anyone recognizes any of this lemme know. Thanks.
