What does it take to be a Cannabis dealer?
I'm not talking about those thugs that rip you off and end up in jail.

keep a tight circle, do not associate with anyone thats been in the law enforcement radar [even if not arrested], and keep the sketch on the d/l

Honestly, all it takes is common sense. I've dealt with some pretty dumb dealers that never get caught.
