my personal recommendation would be to configure a joint and puff it outside. if you ask anyone, a joint is enough to get them really high, and it can pass as a cigarette. if you don't like joints(who doesn't?o_o), then buy one of those tiny pipes from those headshops and ninja it. another thing about joints is that creating and smoking them is half the fun.
