Re: marijuana tea
THC is not water soluble. If you boil it in water, even if you put some butter in there, it ain't gonna do shit.
It is fat soluble. You need to cook it in something like milk, oil or butter. Look up bhang recipes if you want to make tea. Notice they are mostly milk, not water.

Re: marijuana tea
God damnit whats with all these people failing at eating weed lately? Its really not that hard and you guys still manage to fuck it up....
Granted it was mostly stems, so you would need A LOT more to do anything, but that method still wouldn't do much for you.

Re: marijuana tea
The closest thing you can really make to a marijuana tea is Bhang and it'd be more of a milky chai tea. Search it up and just simplify the recipe. Don't make an authentic indian one, kinda nasty honestly. Milk+chai tea mix works deliciously.

Re: marijuana tea
weed tea is only for the taste. theres no thc in stems, only dust from buds thats stuck on the outside of the stems. also thc isnt going to just absorb into the water man. i make it because weed tea tastes good.

I have a shitload of trimmings from a few plants (Durban Poison, Morning Glory, and Angel Dust) they all smell dank as shit but I wouldn't get a worthwhile bit of hash so... how do you make pot tea that would be just for the taste? Do you have a recipe as far as additional flavoring (I guess ground leaf in a tea bag would be the base).

You could make bhang. Which is marijuana and milk. Milk has quite a bit of fat so the thc would be soluble in the milk.

I've had bhang, but I'd use bud if I were to make it again. My post is asking for tips on making a tea that is just for taste, not trying to get high over here.
Thought I made that clear, sorry.

Well you could just make it in water then, add whatever sweetener you would like. I was just suggesting since your trimmings do have thc in them you may as well hit two birds with one stone.

Re: marijuana tea
Suggestion noted.
5mok420,
Do you have a specific recipe you use? As I figured (and ilovechronic reiterated) pot in teabag + water = tea. I was only wondering what other flavorings you liked to add.
Thanks
Amos
