Background info: Im on probation for a felonypossesion of a controlled substance. Ive done realy well for aout 4 months or so, no failed tests no police interaction. I am a minor but turn 18 in 4 months.

I was just arrested for possesion of a pharm without a prescription and have to go to court. the pill was suboxone 8mg.

How bad is this? My PO is pretty chill but this goes to the courts not to him. i was also with someone wo had weed which is violating probation terms.

Im in caifornia with one previous feony i dont know if this is a felony or not.

Am i forsure going to juvi or not necessarily?

I told the cops i found the pill. Should i tell my PO the same thing or tell him I relapsed?

I also took a half of a subox that they didnt find on my person (somehow haha), i get tesed on monday am i fucked?

I don't know about California, but here 17 is an adult. So you would be going to jail, or atleast in patient treatment for a while.

Lol... I have been doing drugs the whole time I've been on probation and it has been fine. My girlfriend is on probation, has used the whole time and is fine. Everyone I associate on probation uses drugs and are fine. You do not know or understand what you are talking about.

What did I tell the cops that was incriminating? They told me they thought it was ecstasy and they would test it. I thought it was in my best interest to have them think this so they would crush it up, run it thru the MDMA test, show up negative and then not have a pill to ID.

I have violated probation by hanging w/ my girlfriend who is also on probation. My PO is chill, he didn't even write it down just asked me not to do it again. I have a friend who's PO let her smoke weed and drink (She was sent to juvi because of ketamine+needle, though). Why do people on Totse act like they know there shit when they dont?

Violating probation does not imply doing time, never has. It is a mere indicator.

I don't care about going to juvi, a good percentage of my buddies have and they say it is 100% chill. All they did was eat food and lift weights. No one fought because they tack 6months onto your stay if they do and there are cameras everywhere (according to them).

My issue w/ juvenile hall is that I have a girlfriend that I'm crazy about but I'm sure she wouldn't be down to continue a relationship if I'm in jail for a quarter of a year.

I had a mate who got caught with an ecstacy pill. He was searched after he beat up an aboriginal with a chair who was attacking some woman. Anyway they found the pill and he's not even getting charged for it, they just made a record of it in his file. I have no clue what that means. I'm on "DEJ" Something that is supposedly better then probation, but has exactly the same terms and rules to it.. The only difference is that I get to have my felonies cleared if I don't violate probation, which is stupid becasue all charges are dropped anyways when I turn 18. Now I won't have this felony dropped because I just violated probation, but it doesn't matter I'll just wait till im 18 (which I would have had to do anyways).

As far as I know, you've said your PO has been very cool about everything; but then you say this is in the court's hands, not your PO's. So yes, you could be fucked. But it doesn't matter if you're 18 when you're in court, the charge happened when you were 17.

Regardless, a violation of probation can lead to jail time. It just varies for each person, what they are on probation for (Charges), whether it's your first time on probation, whether you have had any past probation violations and how high [or low] you were rated on their risk assessment.

If this is your first time on probation, you have no current violations and you were rated fairly low risk, I think you should be all set. And even if you did end up going to jail or juvie, I don't think it would be for more than a few days because of the minor violation.
