The older - the wiser, experience is always right. Once you figure out how people 'work' and 'think', you can pretty much sum up the outcome of any situation, within reason, as you will have encountered many situations in your life similar to what you are being asked about, and you know how they end and what happens after.

While a good lot of us were giddying over the final Harry Potter installment, jackketch was being a bitter old man crushing fan after fan with his surprise troll tactics. In the process he kept making mistakes after mistakes and learned from them.
