SWIM (literally) took 90mg of oxycodone insuffalated today, taking the last line at 5PM. He want to do another 30 now, but is curious as to whether the dose he took before is still active in his system, and whether adding another 30 will be like dropping it on top of an already large dose. What's your tolerance? You in eastern time? If so well it's been 6+ hours now...so either way you oughta be fine. You said the last line was at 5 pm...I'm assuming 30 mg each? Even if that dose isn't totally gone (which most of it probably is) the ones from earlier surely are. Even if you don't have a heavy tolerance and were putting 30 mg on top of 30 mg ("worst" case scenario) you wouldn't be in any serious health risk assuming you aren't mixing with some other sedative (benzos/alc etc.)

you may notice this 30 doesn't pack a punch like the last 30. thats normal. and puking is a sign of acute overdose. you can get plenty high without puking. however, if your pretty nauseous, that may be the cause as well..
