Default Justice

To hear her say "How could somebody do that to someone.." with tears streaming down her face...it's not easy.

My girlfriend was raped. She told me the entire story the other night. She was going through a difficult time in her life...drinking and popping E just about everyday. She meets some guy who decides she's vulnerable. Let's call him L.

This guy is a scumbag of the worst fucking variety. An absolute creep. He pressured her into coke, E, and a variety of other substances. On top of that, he would constantly pressure her into getting with him.

One night, when she was completely tanked, he locked her in his room and had his way with her. She kept telling him "No!," but he wouldn't take it. He cared about nothing but his own selfish needs.

This was confirmed by her best friend, who which L also tried the exact same trick. I was told how she cried about it for months..and how she's never gotten over it.

I have this constant ache in the pit of my soul...I'm filled to the brim with rage, sadness, helplessness...a small fraction of what I'm sure she felt. To hear that someone I care about so much was put through this absolutely fucking kills me.

She knows I'd do anything, and that just being there for her helps so much. But...I still feel so helpless. I know it's in the past, but it just tears me apart every minute...

This piece of shit needs to feel the pain he's caused her, and I'm sure countless other girls, tenfold. I'm still not sure as to what I should do...but SOMETHING needs to be done.

Any ideas, Totse? I'm not going to end his life, I'm sure someone else will do that down the road, but this motherfucker needs to go down.

Oh, and I have two things working for me.
1. I know exactly where he lives.
2. I'm the LAST person ANYONE would expect. In fact, as far as he knows, we're still on good terms.

It seems like with every thread like this, there's someone who decides to exclaim "Well it was her fault!"

Obviously she made a bad choice. She was going through a tough time, and she regrets it deeply. Does that justify what he's done?

No. Put yourself in her position.

Bad shit happens to people everyday who weren't even asking for it. What makes her so special? It was her fault and the way she feels about it is her fault too. She could get better and move on if she wants but she prefers being all dramatic and self pitying about it.

I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I didn't ask if anyone believed me or not. I have my reasons to know what happened happened, and if you want to go ahead and flame me, well there's not much I can do to stop you. Take whatever you get out of it.

I'm not looking for sympathy.

Of course you're not going to listen to anyone who says what you don't want to hear... Like you said yourself, you've been whirled up into a rage...

Isn't it funny how easily a girl can get a guy to go absolutely nuts? I'll bet this other guy just pissed her off in some minor way... No, wait, he probably blew her off. But she can't sit back and take that kind of blow to her precious ego, so she hatches a plan... She'll get you to do her evil bidding. She knows that if she bats her eyelashes and sheds a little tear, she'll have the inner knight-in-shining-armor come out.

Congrats on being a total and utter tool.

This guy's just a troll, or slightly retarded and presumptuous.

I dont have any suggestions as to how to do it, but I agree that something needs to happen to this guy.

Make it something that makes him feel as violated as he's made her and every other girl he's done this to feel.

I understand what you're saying, and yeah it seems plausible, but I'm not convinced.

People do get raped. It happens. They're not all attention grabbing whores, even though I know that's all I'm going to hear.

Seriously though, what's with the hostility? There's no reason to kick a man when he's down.

I agree completely. People do get raped and it is horrible. Rapists should be tortured and killed, but your girlfriend is an attention grabbing whore who brought it on herself.

Because this is an overdone topic. It's moot. Quite frankly, I'm getting sick of it.

If she was legitimately raped (which I HIGHLY doubt), then she should have gone to the police ASAP and gotten a rape kit done and let them deal with it.

Either she's full of it, or it was entirely her fault and she's just looking for some sympathy to appease her slutty behavior.

Because it just riles you up more... and maybe you (and other stupid gullible guys) will learn from it.

Because this will happen again. Women seem to be getting raped in record numbers now... Something like 4 out 5 women have some kind of sob rape story.

I guess that about 4 out of 5 men are rapists then, eh?

Okay, now I understand where you're comming from.

Let's just say she wasn't "raped." Let's say, she was depressed, she drank too much to get away from it, some guy saw this as an in and went for it.

Yeah, she made the mistake of drinking too much, but we're all human. People make mistakes. What this guy did was not a mistake. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he took advantage of her condition.

Okay, maybe "rape" is a strong word. 4 out of 5 girls being "raped" may not seem plausible. But 4 out of 5 girls being taken advantage of by some scum bag seems a bit more believable.

Having sex with a depressed, drunk chick is not exactly rape. Maybe a bit pathetic at worst, but that's about it.

That's what I'm getting at.

I can understand how frustrating "rape" stories can be, and I'll apologize for using that and looking like just another moron.

Look, I'm just crushed that something terrible happened to someone that means so much to me. While what he did wasn't "rape," it was wrong...and unless I do something he's going to continue doing this, and I'm going to feel like a helpless sack of shit. Sure, I can't save the world...but is it wrong to want a little vengeance? Speeding up the karma process, I suppose.

Alright, I apologize for coming off so harshly at first. It was more of a force of habit than anything.

But seriously though, there isn't much you can do that will help. I mean, yeah, you could go and get some kind of nasty revenge on him. But what would that solve?

I'm pretty sure that once you have calmed down and let this die down a bit, as it must be pretty emotional at first, things will start to come together and make more sense.

I highly doubt that every other person that came along and posted a thread almost identical to this one actually went out and acted out on their original intentions.

If your girlfriend is really that torn up about all this, then I suggest that you be there for her first and foremost, because she sounds like she must be pretty emotional right now.

I didn't really read this but i'm sure it's a bunch of people that have never even got in a fight telling you to cut his balls off with a butterknife or something. The best advice you will get for "Justice", break his knee's. Seriously 100% just do it. I guaruntee you he will be absolutely miserable for atleast a year if you break both of them, 3-6 months if you break one. The after effects will affect his whole life, he will get artheritis at a very early age, his knees will ache in the cold, they will ALWAYS be weak so the chance of accidentally breaking one or both of them again is very high. He will go through torture in physio therapy and will have brutal surgeries aswell. He will be in a wheelchair for that entire year while his muscles slowly deteriorate and by the time he has healed enough to walk his legs will be too weak to carry him.

Hate to break it to you, but a girl who's popping E, doing coke, drinking all at once with the worst sort of company isn't exactly a catch.

In fact, I hate to hear about how she had a penis in her. I'd fear for her reproducing and spreading her depression onto her children, repeating the cycles.

Before I say anymore, let me know, is she still doing drugs and such? Are you? This will answer a lot for me and depending, I'll give you a flame or I'll give you some advice. I'm a reasonable guy.

It's so sad that because a bunch of dumb bitches have been lying about being raped, legitimate victims aren't taken seriously/accused of cheating.

A lot of girls that get raped don't automatically go to the hospital/police for a lot of reasons, that being a big one. Trust me, if there isn't much evidence (ie you waited a bit to go to the cops or you showered etc.) the cops will try and talk you out of taking things to court, threatening that if there isn't enough evidence you're pretty much lying and you can get into trouble. It's not easy to just talk to someone, it's embarassing, and you'd probably feel guilty. It's even harder when it's someone you know who hurt you.

But that's what happens when one person ruins everyone trust.

This is the best answer.
Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing a little revenge being done. I despise... DESPISE assholes like the one mentioned. But then again, I also don't have much sympathy for drug abusers (which she was doing at the time). If you do trash (drugs), you'll become trash (fucked up on drugs), you'll draw the trash (rapists).

But I tend to think like this... girl raped while on drugs, ok she put herself in that situation.

HOWEVER, if I knew of a rapist, doesn't matter who they raped... all hell would break loose on that pile of shit. I cannot, CANNOT accept this kind of filth. I'd do the earth and the human race a favor.

Thinking logically, I would not kill this person because I cannot afford to go to jail. However, I'd probably get a few fellow anti-rapists and sodomize this asshole with a bat. Got to be anonymous!

Forget all the above, I'd just call the cops and confront that guy in front of his family.

This is too loaded a subject, I think. The problem is that rape does get thrown around and blown out of proportion (a drunken tryst can become rape under the eyes of the law--and I think plenty of us guys have been on the wrong end of this). And a lot of people do get raped, and it is traumatic. A lot of other people get raped and get over it.

Besides, what's to say she didn't really want to do those drugs? The problem with rape is you usually only have the victims viewpoint, which is going to be incredibly colored with bias. Nonetheless, it's a subject that should be treated with sensitivity.

The authorities are probably better suited to handling this than you are.

No, something doesn't have to be done. Rape makes me as sick as the next guy, but it's not your place to take it into your own hands. They have courts for that sort of thing. Know why? Because surprisingly enough, girls lie.

You're story doesn't make a whole lot of sense to begin with. She was getting wasted and taking E everyday...and then this guy comes along and pressures her into doing E? Yeah...okay.

The bottom line is you have no idea what happened, she was on drugs, and that blurs the whole story. No, being on drugs doesn't make rape okay, but -you- as a third party can't know.

And as I said, they have courts for that sort of thing. Did she file a police report? Did she press charges? If not, then she wasn't raped. This is a 100% prerequisite for any rape story. If she didn't press charges, then I have no sympathy. There was no rape. And I don't want to hear about emotional trauma or how they've been through enough. IF it really happened, and she doesn't press charges...she's saying its okay for him to go out and do that to someone else. She's condoning another rape to another girl, because she doesn't care enough to do anything about it. And thats right on par with the rape itself.

But honestly, think about the effects that alcohol and E have on a person. Alcohol makes everyone horny. And I've never tried E, but I can only imagine it amplifies that effect a hundred times over. Would you turn down sex under those circumstances?

I can relate to you on this topic. I was raped, and it was sort of the same situation. I was drinking with my friend and he dared me to chug some vodka. I did it, but when I was doing so he pushed me and I hit my head unconscious.

I woke up two days later in my room, with the inside of my legs bruised and a large bump on my head. I knew I was raped, and what killed me that it was my best friend who did it.

I never reported anything since everyone just thought I was being a big slut and just fucked him and regretted it.

There is no satisfying revenge, the only revenge would be to have the rapist convicted and if you don't file a police report, you are screwed. I would say that she goes to a therapist and talks it out. Don't take any drastic measures if you decide to personally get some revenge. No pain that he suffers will make her any happier.

you were drinking. you shouldn't have been drinking with a male if you didn't plan on fucking.

Or he could have done nothing.

Damn I fucked myself over in this thread, woops.

That's true he could have done nothing. Too bad that when you're a female, you know when something has happened. He also admitted it later, but still wants to be my 'friend'

It's all over now, I'm more mature now and could care less. It just takes time to heal

He admitted to having sex with you while you were completely unconscious?

Are you sure you weren't just so drunk you blacked out? That sounds a lot more likely.

i think the part that sounds unlikely is where she says that he pushed her and it knocked her unconscious for two days.

He admitted to having sex with me- completely unconscious.

If I blacked out and this happened, I wouldn't call it rape. I would just call it me being a dumb ass.

Rape is every where. Sister was raped. Mum was raped at gunpoint. Other people I care about were raped.

How the FUCK does every one I know seem to find a rapist? Is the word being thrown around a lot. With my mum and sister, I'm sure it was rape as it was violent.

But I'm pretty sure rape is being used a lot when a girl sleeps with a guy while drunk, and then later decides she regretted it. "I was raaaaped". Here's an idea: Don't do fuckloads of drugs around creeps. Or try this when some one says "Hey, I dare you to chug some vodka" ..."Uh, no?" ZOMFG!!! THAT WAS SO HARD.

But you know what REALLY grinds my gears? When a girl gets raped by some one she knows, and then they know a perfectly nice vigilante like me who has on many an occasion acted on behalf of some one for revenge, but still wont let you do anything.

"If you do something, I wont ever speak to you again".
"If you even mention it, we're over!"

Fuck that shit. I'd cut off their big toes and dispose of them, then rob them blind and give the girl the money. PLEASE tell me why any person who was just raped would decline this? Only reason I can think of is that they're lying or over exaggerating.

Fuck now I'm angry. People are fucking shit.
