Flu like symptons after rolling.
Now everytime i roll,. the next day i wake up with bad pink eye, dry cough, dizziness, headrush, sore throat, and overall sick feeling. Usually before id be all right the next day after some long sleep. Theses symptons last 2-3 days, the headrush stays the longest, loses my eyesight for sometimes up to 20-30 seconds, this also is the sympton that stays the longest with me. I roll once a week now and have cut down on my usage, i thought this will give me some more time for my body to recover. Have any of you gotten these similar symptons from the next days? Is there anything i can take before i pop to shorten this sickness if i know im going to get sick? Supplments, vitamins, etc? Another sympton i am getting but is not flu like is these brain zaps, it's like a jolt rushing down my brain, its really hard to describe, its hard forme to sleep because of this too. These also last awile, but less frequenct with the coming days. Has anyone had these brain zaps before top? Thereres alot more to be covered here but ill start slow. Thanks ~ TY~

Re: Flu like symptons after rolling.
Stop rolling and be well all the time?
I mean seriously, my friend was talking to me the other day and he said he had had the best night of his life rolling the other night. I asked him if he could have had the best night of his life without x and he said, "No way dude."
Isn't that shitty?

I think you might be misinterpreting what he meant (not that I'd know, but I sort of doubt that that's what a person would mean by that). He may have thought you meant "could you have had as good of a time on that specific night without x?" in which case his answer isn't that shitty. I mean, "best night of my life" is a pretty good evaluation. People often have "good nights" but are wary of saying it was the best of their life, because "best" implies that it was outstanding/ head and shoulders above anything in recent memory.
One of the good things about x is it can take something that would normally only be "good" and make it that much better. All he could have meant is that if he didn't take x he wouldn't have had as good of a night as he did. I don't think it necessarily means he's incapable of having a "best night of his life" without being on x, just that it may have made it that much better in this particular case.
I've had a "best night of my life" partially due to the influence of MDMA, before. I don't think that's screwed me up or made me set the bar too high, though. I still think I'm capable of having an awesome time without it... just on that one occasion the MDMA just happened to make something that was already good that much better.

Don't roll every week if you feel like shit afterwards. When I roll I usually feel off for a few days also.

Yeh, don't do it so damned often. Trust me, you keep going at that pace and you'll regret it - I did. And do. I think 5-HTP might help, lessen some of the effects though. If you really have to do a drug that often I recommend cocaine not mdma :p

Oh and yes, brain zaps are a bitch. I still get them while laying in bed before sleeping and it's been 2 months since I've done any mentionable amount of E.

Brain zaps, also known as "brain shocks," "brain shivers" or "head shocks", are a fairly common withdrawal symptom experienced during discontinuation (or reduction of dose) of SSRI and SNRIantidepressant drugs. The symptom is described as brief but repeated electric shock-like sensations in the brain and head.
Basically that. Worst part about them imo is that you never know exactly when you'll get one, makes it much worse, like when you get a static shock expecting it seems worse than when your prepared for the shock, you know? It's like someone shoved a wire into the back of your head and flips the switch for a second randomly. Really fucking IRRITATING. :(

Yep, I didn't get it too bad though, I only remember it happening once or twice at most. Still, not fun.
